At Pearlystones Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your jewelry, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition and packaging
- Unworn and undamaged
- Accompanied by your original receipt ( order confirmation emial can be considered as a proof of purchase)
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Custom or personalized jewelry pieces
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)- We will give you a fully refund or you can get an exchange of the same.
- Items damaged by normal wear
- Items returned after 30 days
How to Return Your Item
- Contact us at hello@mypearlystones.com to initiate your return
- We'll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
- Package your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using the provided return label
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or style, subject to availability. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns.
Shipping Costs
- We provide free return shipping for defective items
- For other returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@mypearlystones.com. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
