At Pearlystones Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your jewelry, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Unworn and undamaged
  • Accompanied by your original receipt ( order confirmation emial can be considered as a proof of purchase)

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom or personalized jewelry pieces
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)- We will give you a fully refund or you can get an exchange of the same.
  • Items damaged by normal wear
  • Items returned after 30 days

How to Return Your Item

  1. Contact us at hello@mypearlystones.com to initiate your return
  2. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided return label

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or style, subject to availability. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns.

Shipping Costs

  • We provide free return shipping for defective items
  • For other returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@mypearlystones.com. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
